Million Tour operates solely as anbooking facilitator and marketplace that connects travellers with independent, third-party tour operators and travel agencies (collectively, "Service Providers"). Million Tour is not itself a tour operator, travel agent, or service provider. We do not own, operate, manage, or control any of the tour packages, travel services, or experiences listed on our platform.

Limitation of Liability for Third-Party Services

The quality, availability, safety, accuracy, legality, and performance of tour packages and travel services are the sole responsibility of the respective Service Providers. Million Tour makes no warranties or representations — express or implied — regarding:

The quality, standard, or suitability of any tour package or travel service.
The accuracy of descriptions, photographs, pricing, or availability information provided by Service Providers.
The ability of any Service Provider to fulfil a confirmed booking.
The conduct, professionalism, or reliability of any Service Provider or their staff.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Million Tour shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, any service offered by a third-party Service Provider, even if Million Tour has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Travel Risks and External Factors

Travel inherently involves risks and uncertainties that are beyond Million Tour's control. The following situations are entirely outside our responsibility:

Schedule changes and cancellations: Itinerary alterations, trip cancellations, or delays caused by Service Providers, weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
Price fluctuations: Changes in package pricing, taxes, surcharges, or exchange rates that occur after a booking is confirmed.
Travel disruptions: Flight delays or cancellations, border closures, visa denials, transportation failures, or any other travel-related interruptions.
Health and safety: Personal injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during travel. Users are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
Local regulations: Changes in local laws, entry requirements, health advisories, or travel restrictions issued by governments or health authorities.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

Verifying all booking details — including dates, inclusions, exclusions, pickup points, and pricing — directly with the Service Provider before confirming a reservation.
Ensuring that they meet all entry requirements, including valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and health documentation, for their chosen destination.
Obtaining adequate travel, health, and personal liability insurance prior to travel.
Reading and understanding the Service Provider's own terms and conditions, cancellation policies, and refund terms before booking.
Making independent enquiries to confirm the suitability of a tour or experience for their specific needs, health conditions, or fitness level.

While Million Tour makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information on our platform is accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all content, particularly information supplied by third-party Service Providers. Package descriptions, photos, and pricing are provided for general informational purposesand may change without notice.
